Warranty Information: 1 year warranty on the screen and electrical components. This covers any manufacturer defect causing the screen to malfunction.
Warranty Process:
Within 30 days of ship date:
1. Contact us via our online form or via email
2. We send you a pre-paid shipping label
3. We evaluate the screen on arrival
4. We replace the whole unit with a new one. If a replacement is not available I will replace the electronics in your unit with new electronics.
6. A working unit will be sent back to you that keeps the original warranty.
After 30 days from ship date:
1. Contact us via our online form or via email
2. Ship the unit back to us
3. I evaluate the unit on arrival and warranty the electronics with the OEM
5. Upon receiving the replacement from the OEM, we replace the electronics in your unit
6. I contact you to pay for return shipping to your address
7. Your unit will retain it's original warranty (does not reset)
Accidental damage or After 1 year: Unfortunately I can not warranty against accidental damage, but I am happy to offer repairs at a low price. I want you to enjoy this product for a very long time!
